As human beings, we generally see the cup as half empty:  It’s a survival response and is a component of the reptilian brain. But it is also taught to us, or encouraged in out behavior these days.

Many people think it’s the default response, but it is of a low vibration, a lower point on the scale of emotional/mental energy.

Many times one immediately judges another for their faults, aka, differences. We usually start by finding flaws. but have you every started with this thought about someone?

“Wow, how wonderful you are!”

Today let’s make a different choice. Let’s go forward with appreciation for everything and everyone in our lives. See the cup as half full. See the good in other people. With the power of your own consciousness, you can put yourself in the realm of acceptance, rather than the realm of judgment. And with this energy, you open yourself to all the blessings that are meant for you.

Even Darth Vader has good in him!

Every living being as an aspect of “Wonderfulness” in and around them, some more difficult to see than others, but none-the-less, there.

Look for it, expect it, search for it and you will see it. You will bring the non-visible of the good to be manifested into a detectable reality that one can observe.

Just like the picture at the top of the post, you are always full.

Do this today and from here on.

Best regards, Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving,

Dr Kevin
